  I need a resolution. I placed an order, money was deducted, but order never existed, not even a confirmation email. I called the branch and headquarters over the past 5 days, I've waited for a combined 10 hours on the line. Only once was it picked up, and there was no resolution, or a follow up. I emailed the customer support, guess what there was no reply too.

  Absolutely fantastic service from Andy and Samara in the paint district. Was met with a smile and friendly service. They even let me meet the duluxe dog #berger #legends

  A good Bunnings, plenty of stock.. seems to have lost some of its knowledgeable staff of late

  Whoever is in charge of stock at this store should be fired. They are always out of stock , no matter what you want. Poor Management. And of course being Bunnings, Staff run the other way when they see a customer LOL. Go to Oakleigh, Moorabbin, or Springvale
